SAEON in the media

 

An article titled "Trawling through time"  on an exceptional collection of historical fisheries data that is being released to the science community via a collaborative project between the University of Cape Town and SAEON, appeared in the April 2014 edition of Fishing Industry News Southern Africa. The article was co-authored by Jock Currie of SAEON's Egagasini Node.

An article on the red tide that was investigated by SAEON researchers along the coastal areas between East London and Mossel Bay in South Africa, titled "Large scale toxic red tides plague the eastern and southern coasts of South Africa"  was published on page 4 of the April 2014 POGO online newsletter.
